Description
This complete dietetic feed, Liver – Help Vet Line, is enhanced with milk thistle, an ingredient traditionally recognized for its liver-supportive properties, helping to minimize liver strain. Additionally, vitamin C and other antioxidants help protect against free radical damage, while L-carnitine supports fat metabolism. The formulation also features reduced levels of protein and copper to alleviate the burden on the liver and other vital metabolic organs.
For dogs diagnosed with chronic liver failure, dietary management is crucial. It is recommended to reduce the intake of protein and copper and avoid treats that are high in connective tissue. Instead, offer several smaller meals throughout the day to ensure the proper distribution of nutrients.
Complete diet feed for adult dogs for the support of liver function in the case of chronic liver insufficiency and/or for the reduction of copper in the liver.

For dogs with chronic liver insufficiency, this product offers a moderate level of highly digestible protein. Experts recommend it for initial use over a period of up to 4 months. For reducing liver copper levels, the initial recommended period is up to 6 months. Always consult your veterinarian before starting treatment or extending its duration.
