Delivery Policy
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE AND WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery is FREE for orders WITHIN NAIROBI greater than Ksh 4,500/-
Delivery within Nairobi for orders less than 4000/- is a Flat Rate of Ksh 325/- up to 15kg.
Delivery within Nairobi may be expected within 36 hrs of receiving payment. Orders placed after 7.30am Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery outside of Nairobi: Ksh 350/- for first 15 kg, additional 250/- per 15 kg increment.
Delivery outside of Nairobi will take 3-5 business days via 3rd Party Transporter Service.
