Description
This complete dietetic feed is enhanced with milk thistle, an ingredient traditionally recognized for its liver-supportive properties, helping to minimize liver strain. Additionally, vitamin C and other antioxidants help protect against free radical damage, while L-carnitine supports fat metabolism. The formulation also features reduced levels of protein and copper to alleviate the burden on the liver and other vital metabolic organs.
For dogs diagnosed with chronic liver failure, dietary management is crucial. It is recommended to reduce the intake of protein and copper and avoid treats that are high in connective tissue. Instead, offer several smaller meals throughout the day to ensure the proper distribution of nutrients.
