QuicFIP PLUS spray is effective for the prevention & control of multiple species of ectoparasites like ticks (Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Ixodes ricinus)

Fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.) In dogs and cats. It is also effective in lice infestations in dogs (Trichodectes canis) & cats (Felicola subrostratus).

It can be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of Flea Allergy Dermatitis.

It has a persistent acaricidal efficacy for up to 4 weeks (1 month) against ticks, depending on the level of environmental challenge.

It has insecticidal efficacy against new infestations with adult flea persists for up to 6 weeks in cats & up to 3 months in dogs, depending on environmental challenge.

How it Works:

Fipronil is a broad-use insecticide that belongs to the phenylpyrazole chemical family. Fipronil is a broad-spectrum insecticide that disrupts the insect central nervous system by blocking GABA-gated chloride channels & glutamate-gated (GluCl) channels, resulting in central nervous system toxicity. This causes hyper excitation of contaminated insects nervous & muscles.

(S)-Methoprene is an insect growth regulator (IGR) of the class of similar juvenile hormone. It inhibits the development of immature stages of insects. Mimicking the action of the juvenile hormone, the compound causes impaired development &death of immature stages of fleas.

What are the side effects:

Individual sensitivities, while rare, may occur after using any pesticide product for pets. If signs persist, or become more severe, consult a veterinarian immediately.

Directions for use:

Spray the body of animal from a distance of 10-20 cm against the direction of hairs until hair coat gets wet.

Apply on entire body of animal giving main attention to affected area. Allow animal to dry.

In order to dampen the coat down to the skin, depending on the length of hair, apply 3 to 6 ml per kg bodyweight, (7.5 to 15 mg of active ingredient per kg bodyweight). i.e., 6 to 12 pump applications per kg bodyweight of the 100 ml presentation, or 2 to 4 pump applications of the 250 ml and 500 ml presentations

Always wear household latex gloves while using Quick FIP PLUS spray.

Dosage And Administration:

7.5 to 15 mg/kg body weight topically.
