How we’re operating during the COVID-19 crisis
As the effect of COVID-19 continues to evolve and cause massive disruption to the day to day lives of all Kenyans, we would like to keep you updated on the exact nature of our business operations.
During this time, we ask that you please show an extra level of patience and kindness towards our team. It is not an easy time for all involved, they’re a fantastic bunch and are doing their very best to keep up our usual high level of service.
Is Canine Biosciences still open for business?
Yes. We are in the fortunate position of being able to still get product in from Germany and South Africa but we will see delays in getting stock due to disruptions of logistics by COVID-19, but our operations are running as per usual at the present time.
We have implemented a work from home policy for all our office staff members.
We will keep this page updated as soon as new information that changes the above comes to light.
This of course is a very difficult time from a business and personal point of view, both globally and within East Africa. For you to keep buying from us during this time means the absolute world to us. It means we can continue to contribute to the economy, keep our team employed and keep delivering you amazing products for your pets.
